Ran 4 miles before class and did some extra mobility work.
Class was one of my favorite judo combinations: O-uchi gari to Tai Otoshi; We then did 2 back escapes, did specific sparring, then we did a couple rounds of sparring. Really enjoying the feeling of relaxing while rolling. Sometimes like Rickson says, you have to flow with the go.
