Learning to post video

So I thought I would share a great MWOD from KSTAR and the crew at Crossfit San Fran.

Since I have been doing the MWOD, everything is better: jiujitsu, running, moving.

I hope you enjoy the pain! This is a good one for us: Thoracic Spine, Ankle flexion and shoulder stability
Add some hip extension and it will be golden.
